    Seems like it's a throwback Monday? I'll join in with a 2016 Russian doll, aka Dosvidanya. This bottle is slightly sweet with some serious bourbon going on.

    It may wash away the sour smell and taste from this different kind of cellar cleaning this morning.

    I need to bleach the sink after that drain pour! Cheers to the holiday week....

    Wanted to get to it yesterday for NBS, but a good meal sapped my will a tad. After a sip, I’m actually not surprised to read Velvet Merkin (BBA) is a big component.

    *Wish I had the resources to mimic the drain pour above and get everyone in a frenzy early this week. Like this week needs the extra anxiety :wink:

    Recycling day is Wednesday and I got tired of looking at shit beer I'll never drink. I sampled a few and they were awful. Dont fret, I have a few more turkeys for Saturday including one Bourbon County I didn't pour. There are a lot of great releases coming this week! Cheers to good beer....
