I don’t want you to take this the wrong way, but I feel like that attitude is part of the problem...

Agreed, which is why I beg forgiveness.

Of course I have my limits- I'm lucky to live within a ten minute walk so if the line is crazy long at 2:30PM I'm definitely not going. That's partly why I'm emptying my growlers now into my belly.

What are the chances either of the cans last until 5:30?

I just want to make sure I have this right. A brewery who sells cans 97% of the time is selling a bottle opener worth $18? Is that correct?

Yeah they do. But now im stsrting to think maybe there will be a release saturday after all. Those other 2 beers on the keg list crowlx3 posted i was told were part of the pre-thanksgiving drop. Unless they do a second announcement for tues or they do a weds release also

    It's not worth $18. They're selling it for $18.

After being spurned on Saturday, I will go tmrw...wait on line...only to have the cans last all the way to the weekend. I can see it now...

With the way the last few releases have been I’d be very surprised if they last the night.

I imagine a lot of people skipped the trillium collab to avoid craziness then got shut out this past weekend.

Unfortunately, I just feel like there is no such thing as a quiet release anymore. Until production is significantly ramped up that is.

Wasn't DDH Citra Daydream announced <24 hours before release? That's the best we're gonna get in terms of a "silent release".

I remember the first few midweek releases seemed like you could roll up whenever that day or even the day after and still get beer, but now it seems that #linelyfe has even taken that away. You just know there will be a line at 3 pm on a Tuesday which is crazy.

you guys ever hear of treehouse? yeah its kinda turning into that. no matter when they release there will be a line. unless its their single hop ipa series/suparillo/forever simcoe.

also the most silent releases they had recently were green power and the original oh... green power lasted the day

GUYS! Enough with all the negativity. To all of you saying “they clearly don’t like us locals”, I say “they’re hooking you up with an $18 bottle opener”. Get a grip.
