Back to the FRIDAY release schedule for tomorrow. The 3 cans last week lasted through the weekend, really only had a line right at the beginning on Sat.

11/17: The Holy Hermit DIPA (170 cases) Case limit per person.

Even though it doesn't have the hype of Yojo or Dojo.... Holy Hermit just might be one of their best beers.

    +++++

Speaking of YOJO... Looks like it is part of the 4 Can Release on BLACK FRIDAY 11/24.

YOJO is my favorite beer by them.

I couldn't agree more. Holy Hermit is my favorite IPA from them.

I counted 5 cans for Black Friday when I looked at their release list last week. Did something change?

I think they may have pushed back DOJO?? It is now only 4 cans being released on BF. 2 are NEW beers (Nelson Cr and Jingle Cr).

Typo or is that a different version of Jungle Crush?

I copied it from the website: https://www.moonrakerbrewing.com/can-releases

I wasn't sure if it was some "Christmas Theme" with Jingle....lol.... I bet you are right about the typo. jUngle Crush makes more sense since that is a current beer.

I was thinking a Christmas theme too. Then I started wondering if Jungle was an IPA and Jingle looks like a pale ale. Either way, ISO

Yeah I'm gonna have to put up an ISO for that stuff since I won't be in town. Nelson Crush!:astonished: Sounds good as hell.

Yeah they removed one. Yojo was on the list when I checked. Let me go see if I text it to anyone. Be back in a second.

EDIT: Found it! They had Jungle Crush listed two weeks ago.

Team Holy Hermit. Yojo and Dojo are just alright.

I made it up to Moonraker on Saturday afternoon. The place was packed with the usual Saturday crowd, also the Cousin Maine Lobster Food Truck was there.

I was able to get cans of Holy Hermit with no problem. Got a couple 4 packs so I have them for the Holiday week. Tasting damn good.

Confirmed Jingle Crush, with an ape in Santa suit on the cans (see IG stories). Maybe it's just Jungle with a temporary name change? Or did they put in some Christmas spices too? Hmm.

It's like SN Celebration, a christmas spiced american barelywine.

Thought when I first saw the can release post, that Jingle Crush was noted as a new NE-Style offering. I no longer see that language in their website though.

Damn all this chatter about Moonraker makes me even more that excited about my trade. GOT SOME of these beers ya speak of and just cracked open a mosaic crush and it is mighty tastey and so was the yojo. Im on the look out for these guys now. Also have the jingle crush and hermit too...

Had the Jingle Crush at the brewery yesterday... It is very approachable and not as harsh to my taste as the Mosaic and Amarillo balanced the Simcoe in the hop schedule. Found plenty of white grapefruit at the front end with the subdued Simcoe in the finish. NICE!!

Went up to Moonraker on Saturday afternoon. Still 3 of the 4 cans from the BF Release left on Sat (Only Nelson Crush sold out on Fri). Made for an easy release with no long line.

Yojo was great as always. Mosaic Crush was also nice.

    Mosaic Crush > Nelson Crush
Just had both yesterday and I think Mosaic is the better tasting of the two. wish I could get my hands on the Citra Crush.

Just an FYI for NORCAL folks.

Moonraker cans have seen some very limited distro the past 2 weeks. Cans didn't sell out at the brewery after several days.

Jingle Crush cans got as far as Whole Foods in Santa Rosa.

Citra Double Crush & Zamboni Haze cans have made it as far south as Clovis (near Fresno). EZMart in Clovis.
