    Which I soon outgrew:

There would be a lot more beer to see here but I tend to drink it...

Here's a pic I took last night after organizing everything to make room for some trades I just got in:

Oh man, sorry for the sideways picture. Not sure why that happened!

I wasn't even drunk when I took it! :flushed:

Here's a few pics of my beer cellar. I use a Vinotemp International wine fridge, which I converted to a beer fridge by pulling out most of the racks so that I was left with two rows that would enable me to store all of the beer vertically. The temperature is set to 50 degrees and cycles between 50-55 degrees. I am including two photos, the first showing the entire fridge set-up, and the second taken as a close-up shot so you can see some of the beers that I am cellaring. Enjoy!

This is with everything packed away.

And this pic is slightly outdated but this is the last time I took them all out and took a big picture back in June.

You make me feel not so bad about mine. I have only been cellaring for close to 2 years and I've only gotten serious in the last year. I mean I have a few from 6 years ago (my Stone Vertical Epics) but other than that my oldest are 2 09's and a couple '10's. Most of my stuff is '11 and '12.

I can tell you it will only get better with age. Had a 99 about a year ago and it was incredible, before that I opened some back in 09. I have one left that I will be opening when my first child is born late March/early April

A lot of posts in here made me jealous, but cases upon cases of cantillon available to an individual in USA? Where do I sign up to be a "distribution hub?" :stuck_out_tongue:

Today's project: finally went through all the cardboard boxes, built a shelf and got everything sorted out and organized. Pretty happy about this!

Reorganizing my cellar (read: closet) after a big shopping trip in Atlanta. Nothing special here compared to what most have but something of a start (ignore the Full Sail box on the left, that's just fridge-fillers).
