Hey folks, can anyone help me out with when Lawson's bottles have typically been hitting the shelves at the Hunger Mountain Coop these days? Will be up that way tomorrow morning and last time I was there ages ago they didn't typically drop until the afternoon. Thanks to anyone with any info!
Double Sunshine tomorrow. It's an early release because of the Holiday. I bet they are on the shelves pretty close to open. I plan on checking at 8 and I can let you know.... if I remember.
No double sunshine yet, but lots of Anna and Arthur from HF. Plenty of Foley Pieces of 8 and Fair Maiden cans as well.
Thanks AJ, was just checking out with a few other items when DS hit the shelves. Great day of cranking around Vermont with @jhavs as we hit Warren Store, HM, Alchemist and Hill Farmstead. First time for me buying HF in cans too!
I have drank HF in cans, but have yet to buy it in cans - I honestly don't know what I'm going to do when inevitably faced with that decision...buying the usual cooler full of growlers AND a case of cans AND a trove of shelfies AND some limited offerings...I have to say that those days of cranking around VT in search of good beer that you know is going to be there, and the ones that start somewhere around the Warren Store and / or HM as you mention, and ultimately include a trip to Greensboro Bend, and the inevitable enthusiasm of driving up Jaffin Flats road and pulling in to HF, are some of the best! Can't wait for my next trip! Cheers!
Man, I can feel the enthusiasm in this post, awesome! I know it had been far too long since I had made a trip and we totally enjoyed it, I'm sure you will have a blast on your next trip too.
Hey Dudes, Will be up in northern VT around New Years/week after. What is the best way to reliably get info on what beers Lawson's is releasing? I know they list the distro locations and times for those, but is there a way to know what is getting released? Sorry if this is a stupid question, northern VT noob here.
Their monthly Beer News on their website lists the specific weeks that bottles are dropping: https://www.lawsonsfinest.com/news/ Dates and locations posted.
