Northwoods was much rarer than anticipated, much like how Coffee 16 was. Not trying to be a jerk, but I anticipate a nearly unprecedented disparity between the quality of this beer and its trade value. Regular is clearly better in my opinion

This stuff on draft isn’t rare this year. Drinking Prop in St Charles now. Winfield will have Prop/Reserve later today. You can try these beers with minimal effort

 

They were selling 4 Reg, 2 BW pp, plus they had some 2017 Black Note and Beer Geek Vanilla Maple Shake.

Last vintage (2016 BW) sold to the guy in front of me.

 

Mokena Binny's wasn'tnt bad at all. Got there at 6. Walked out with 4 regular, 2 BW, a coffee and a prop. Manager said they got two cases each of reserve and Northwoods. Also said first person arrived at 10pm last night.

My buddy from Wisconsin was with me and he went through the line to grab regular a couple more times. I'll stick to the suburban Binny's.

Yeah I'm down here too. Live in Mill Creek. I thought about doing Jewel Des Plaines before work but decided to sleep in. I think my plan this year is to be happy with a bunch of regular and BW bottles and then try the variants when they show up on draft down here. Getting too old for this chasing around bs.

 

Binnys LP is a disaster. Tents should be banned they take up way to much space. A early count by someone said we were safe 750ish. I think we’re sitting at 1,100 now. Lots of people skipping. ID’s and wristband would help a lot.

 

So do the other 500 or so. Some people starting to bail. Saw my first pregnant mule. So that was pretty sweet.
