I opened one.... I want to hop on the bandwagon of telling people not to buy this awful beer.... but, since my town is completely sold out and there is little chance of getting more... OMG... amazing! Waited a long time to try cbs and am not at all disappointed.

Anyone have a pic of this year's glass? Did a little searching and couldn't find it.

Unbelievably, the closest Jewel to me was charging only $23. They just wanted to get rid of all of it as quickly as possible because they were so sick of fielding call after call. I felt sorry for poor Julie at customer service. She just wanted to go about her normal day.

About the “wateryness” issue; I, for one, always enjoy the bottled beer in comparison to the beer on draft. I have done same day taste tests with Expidition Stout, Blacknote, and Backwoods Bastard and time after time, I prefer the bottled beer. For stouts anyways, I find the beer more full.

As for CBS, last night I had it on tap with some friends and now I’m currently drinking a bottle to myself (god bless me). I do see the pattern continue as I prefer this in the bottle. Perhaps it is because I am more focused here alone with no outside noise, smell, or distractions. Man does that sweetness linger!

So did anyone end up with any issues related to their I’d or name on ticket not matching their credit card?

They didn't check credit cards, only ticket and ID. I don't even think they were matching the ticket name to the ID because it was one person who scanned my ticket and another person who checked my ID.

They really did! The one I went to ignored the line size and just sold 2 pp. So it sold out like six people ahead of me. That's what I get for arriving five minutes into the sale!

$12 for a 9oz. pour in Monroe, I am surprised that the keg hasn't blown.

When you got IPAs and barrel aged stouts all figured out that probably opens up some free time.

Went to the WF Lincoln Park release. Got two bottles. Had CBS on tap. Great experience. Line was inside and reps were amazing.
