Happy Sunday BA's! Hope everyone survived last night, lord knows all my teams lost. Doing a little carb reloading after an 8 mile morning run. Couple chores in process since the wife was up at 0400 for work. Heading into another beautiful 78 degree, sunny FL day. Hope you have great weather and can get outside!

Good morning BA, have a great Sunday! Looking like another nice day for weather again over here. Another usual day for me again. Bottle returns, laundry, and some catch up work for tomorrow. Been pretty busy at work lately. Got a multi post within a minute of each other this morning, but the mods won't merge it. Whatever. As usual my post gets the hate.

Always amazing, though not as hazy as last year. Flavors of huge grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, light pepper, and pine hops; with wheat, bready, light honeyed malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus peel, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium bodied; balanced bready/grainy malt and sticky/resinous hops in the mouthfeel. Crisp/drying finish and never astringent on bitterness. Amazing juicy, vibrant, and dank hop profile; refreshingly drinkable for an IPA. Mosaic and Equinox hops are my favorite of all time. They have been changing around the hops every year; but as long as those two stay, I don't care much. Got 3 packs this year, may get a 4th.

Fantastic as usual! Flavors of big toasted coconut, milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, vanilla, cream, toffee, dark bread, marshmallow, and light coffee. Light balancing roast bitterness against sweetness; with an amazing creamy/silky/velvety medium body; light touch of sticky/chalky roast character and dryness. Glad it was easier to find this year. I bought a lot of it. Definitely my top favorite coconut beer, but there are plenty others I buy more often. Wish this was year round.

Incredible as always. Flavors of huge grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, lemon zest, orange peel, and light pepper/pine hops; with wheat, biscuit, white bread dough, light honey malt balance; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Mild pine, grassy, citrus peel bitterness on the finish. Medium-full bodied; bready/grainy wheat/oat creaminess and light hop stickiness in the mouthfeel. Slight resins, lightly increasing bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Super dank and juicy hops, with perfect malt balance. Never overly sweet/heavy. Super easy drinking. Glad to have this as a year round available beer. They stopped making Boxer for some reason, hope it returns in some other form. Between this, Odd Side Dank Juice series, Mikkeller, and many others; I don't care at this point. There are so many outstanding and widely available NEIPAs now. Newer batches are even creamier and less drying than earlier in the year with the M-43. Will always be in the fridge, as with the many others I have come to enjoy. Looking forward to Boss Tweed hitting distro as well.

Today's massive new beer review. This was fantastic! Flavors of huge caramel, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, maple, raisin, plum, fig, date, pear, apricot, apple, bourbon, coconut, toasted oak, and brown bread; with light notes of molasses, chocolate, leather, tobacco, and pepper. Similar, but muted aromas. Light bourbon/oak tannin spiciness against sweetness on the finish. Light-medium carbonation and fairly full bodied; with a very creamy, bready, silky malt mouthfeel. Slight slickness, stickiness, and oak tannins. Slightly increasing bourbon/oak tannin dryness, no cloying sweetness. Surprisingly clean and spot on for a lager of this magnitude. Not overly yeasty. Mildly increasing warmth of 15%, minimal booziness. Dangerously smooth sipper. Glad I seeked this one out. Pretty unique, but has a really outstanding balance between rich Munich malt and barrels; without being overly fruity/yeasty. Hits the Eisbock style perfectly. 4.25

expensive BCBS... until it warms up. nose/aroma is in on point the whole time, but it definitely needed to warm before i tasted the berry. second pour was better.

I'm all about almonds but not so much about blueberries. I was very torn when it came buying it, but decided that it was worth a try. May just go ahead and open it .

Off to a four year old's birthday party this afternoon, for once not bringing my own beer. Will probably regret the choice, but I'll make up for it later. Cheers, Advocates!

Got one to try soon and 2 more to store as it says on the neck label that it continues to develop (or something like that) in the bottle for up to 5 years. Problem is I doubt I will have that patience.
