Love flying dog. Orange/white chocolate ipa. Take on a cookie done by Otterbeins. Its good.

Orange peel, vanilla. A ton of cereal grains.

    Cheers.

Actual song doesnt start until around 4 minute mark but the greatest live band ive ever seen.

Just a friendly public service announcement to anyone in Brooklyn looking for CBS, the Fairway in Georgetown on Ralph Ave has several bottles left at 28.99. Not drinking anything now, back at work.

Watched the retrospective of Andy Williams' Christmas specials with the Mrs last night. The thing that impresses me is that every performance in the below video says "pro", especially by the younger participants.

And one more Christmas song that's pretty much the complete opposite of the above one.

The windows are washed and I managed to get a few other details attended to. It's time for a beer and some grilling. A half dozen bacon wrapped filet medallions and a vintage Greenbush Delusion Templeton Rye barrel from 11/21/14. The steaks smell great and the beer has held up, but smoothed out revealing chocolate, dark fruit, tobacco, bourbon and oak with a super creamy feel. The screaming wind damn near knocked the bottle over! Cheers my fellow barflies....

While I don't make a point of listening to his music, I did see his Christmas show a couple of times and really enjoyed it. The man sure could sing and engage the audience! I miss all the golden voices of yesterday. :frowning2:

After a dinner of vegetarian left-overs (not as bad as it sounds), I’m now retreating to the living room with this Xocoveza Extra Añejo.
It came from the fridge, but it’s warming up over the evening. A wonderful companion while doing some more light reading.
(for who may be interested; Found it in the bottle shop in Utrecht)
    Cheers!

2nd TG beer I've ever had. 1st was PseudoSue in a can, which was quite ordinary and had little character.

This one for sure has more flavor- beautiful citrusy aroma with some tropical notes - but also has an insane amount of bitterness for a Pale. Kinda feels really unbalanced.

I can't say I enjoy Toppling beers from my two attempts.

Victory Brewing Company’s Mighty Things DIPA.

This is a pretty good DIPA. Bright Orange Citrus hits first...slight Dill herbal afterward. Then a nice subtle Resinous Hop blast with a blanket of toasted Cracker Malt. 8/10 Victory is still one of my favorite breweries!

    Cheers Khunts!

My boss is something else. Called me and told me I have to present a PowerPoint on our projections to our funders...I thought he was supposed to do that. I guess this is an excuse to calm my nerves. The Elder said, “You’ll be alright...” Cheers BA!

That's one I've been wanting to try. Haven't found one locally and can't seem to get the local bottle shop to order it in. Earlier this year I happened upon some 2016 Really Old Brown Dog. Turned out to be one of my favorite finds of the year. I set some 2017's aside in hopes that next year they might come close to being as good.
