What are the best value purchases in the craft beer scene? I find myself spending a lot on the BA stouts and hazy IPAs, which are fantastic, but I like having more economical choices always available in my fridge, for myself or when friends come over, when I don’t feel like calculating how much of my “fun money” just got washed down the gullet.

I just enjoyed a 15-pack of Founders Centennial IPA for $15. I also enjoy Breakfast Stout, 4/$9 is more than fair for the quality (although a comparable 6pack for $10 would be even better).

I like just about any schells, boulevard, or summit 6 pack. When they're on sale they're $7. For a winter seasonal great divide hibernation ale is always in my fridge.

Big Founders fan so 9 bucks for a six pack of Porter is pretty A-ok in my book. Value to the beer offered wise.

15 packs of All day/centennial/azacca/mosaic promise. Really unbeatable. Not sure how far thier reach is right now but Jack's Abby 15 packs of house lager or 6pk 16oz cans of Post Shift or thier rotating lagers are hard to pass up too.

21st Amendment mixed 15 packs are an excellent deal.

Lagunitas Brown Shugga is a steal at 9.99, though it's always been that price.

Trader Joes proprietary brands are all $7 and less, and can actually be pretty OK.

Day in and day out you can't beat Sam Adams for value. I especially like the variety packs.

I just picked up a 6-pack of Uinta cans of a Helles Fest for $5 which was not marked as a sale price. I really liked it, but I like German styles. Maybe you can find it.

Schells would be my value beer if I lived where I could get it.

I buy Otter Creek 15 packs of cans when I need a lot of brews for a reasonable price. (cook outs, lake trips, etc.)

    Founders 15-packs are good value.

I find that Lagunitas beers are priced at good value.

My favorite year round availability economical beer purchase is Yuengling Lord Chesterfield Ale ; I purchased a 12-pack of cans this past summer.

I have heard lot of good things about 'bang for the buck' as regards Hamms beer but I personally have only seen this beer in 30-packs vs. 6-packs; 30 cans of Hamms is more than I personally want to drink.

We are approaching the release date for Genny Bock. That beer wins the best 'bang for the buck' contest for me.

    Cheers!

I've been posting this on several different threads, but when my local store sells this mixed 6er for $9.99 and a typical Unibroue 4pack is $10.99-$12.99 in most stores in my area, this is liquid gold....

Becks cans, have a place near me $23 for 24x16oz cans. The sell a ton and they are very fresh. I know it's not a German beer but I do think it's pretty decent for the price/oz.
