    Platform Esther Belgian Style Christmas Ale. Had the barrel aged version at the brewery and enjoyed it a great deal. This is good as well and doesn't err on the side of being cloyingly sweet. A solid seasonal offering.

    DFH Liquid Truth Serum IPA after a soak in the hot tub. Now some liverwurst & blue cheese on crackers to go with Texas/Mizzou. Looks like the tigers might've hit some bars in Houston this week

    Good evening, LNBA! I've been letting this Xocoveza warm up a bit. It's at cellar temp now, and the flavors are coming through much better than when it was cold. Still plenty of dark roasty bitterness and quite a bit of alcohol warmth, but fantastic nonetheless. Kind of spendy, but worth an occasional splurge.

    Having BOMB! from Prairie. I'm usually scared off by peppers in beer, but the coffee and cacao is really good in this one.
