For as much as I don't like that set of glasses, it's a genius move by Monkish. Easy money for them right there. I'd have to think the profit margins on those are thru the roof.

For you fans of The Realness its on for fills today, 2PP, just grabbed a couple, great batch. They're also selling new hydro flasks today so the line was pretty crazy for a Thursday, probably 50-60 deep when I left, they still have a lot of those beer can glasses you guys, the hydro's come in two sizes and two colors,small 750 is $45, didn't ask what the 2L was, got to hand it to them, they have created a brand that keeps churning out $$$$$, lots of people buying merch,

Only an hour? Can anyone comment on if this line culture still exists at Tree House, Trillium, Other Half etc.? Or, is standing in line now like this a SoCal thing? You'd think after a few years people would realize there's always more beer coming.

Treehouse- yes. Trillium (which has much larger brewing capacity) - not as long. Other Half- yes I hear. Don't forget Alchemist, where people wait in line every day for the same 3 beers.

 

Actually I think California is one of the better areas of avoiding this standing in line for hours bullshit ... many of the CA breweries which had long lines, have converted to online sales (like Bottle Logic and Noble) ... Monkish seems to be the outlier IMO.
