Beers Americans no longer drink

    I have had two of those beers on that list and would not have them again.

    Of course, the concept that the loss of share of the traditional (i.e., full calorie/not light) flagship US AAL's means the market is moving towards "better beer" ignores the fact that among the best selling brands in the US, and some of the only ones that are gaining share, are Corona and Modelo Especial. Together the two Constellation imports sold over 16 million barrels in the US last year. That's a combined market share on almost 7% - more than #3 Budweiser currently.

    Paying more (I have no idea how much - double?) for essentially the same sorts of beer - is hardly a sign that AAL drinkers are moving upscale.
