    A purple gusher, this one. Had to clean shit up before snapping a pic, bit of an uneven pour in the aftermath. Anyway, good amount of barnyard cow pasture funk in this grapey sour by de Garde.

    Everyone went to bed early. Jr. has school in the morning and Mrs. Z is pooped after a day of prodding. Night cap as I finish off the last of a month’s worth of mail/bills:



    Really enjoying this stout. Four months and it is as smooth and balanced as I could ask for in a BBA Stout. Sipping, I should last the evening...Cheers!

    Fine? It's not bad but it's kinda lacking in any complexity or interest. Solidly built barleywine but like a lot of CS stuff could use more barrel character.
