I don't expect you to change, but it's wishful thinking. Please continue with your overly negative ways. You've said in the past that you're fun to have a beer with, which to me would indicate that your actual personality is different than this? I suppose you like having an alter ego online?

And you're right, no need to defend him. I more just can't stand peoples baseless bitching. But I'm a fool for expecting anything but that on these forums.

BRB gotta piece together my fragile self...

    Sincerely,

Gotta say, I was super-excited to log on and see this thread move back to the top of the New England forum where it belongs. Now just need that Grape Head dude to get back into the mix and my life will be complete.

This whole debate about the start date of the name makes the orange-slice sun in their logo that much funnier.

You see, it's an orange because oranges contain Vitamin C, and the brewery name is Vitamin Sea, like the body of water which is similar to an ocean (and which is close enough to ocean to work for the parallel they wish to draw), because they live by the ocean in Hull, and the term Vitamin Sea is a super common expression relating to the well-being and mindfulness one receives by interacting and being humbled daily by a large body of water, especially the view of the sunrise over said body of water, which is visible daily in Hull because it is located on the eastern coast of America, so they depicted said sunrise but incorporated the orange slice to remind you that Vitamin Sea is a playful pun and to reinforce that their beer will give you the same feelings one associates with the expression Vitamin Sea, namely that it will act like a nutrient like Vitamin C, but instead of for your body like Vitamin C, it is mostly for your soul, state of mind, and your general well-being similar to exposure to the sweet, salty air of the ocean and the disquieting acknowledgement of the seemingly infinite expanse of the ocean's horizon, because beer is not super vitamin rich other than some B vitamins, Riboflavin, zinc, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, and a shit ton of fiber, which should help you stomach any further questions about the brewery's name that they will probably have to change to get Federal approval anyways, because as I mentioned beer is not actually vitamin rich and so that may be confusing to buyers who are looking to purchase a health product, although they can certainly try to make the argument that the Vitamin Sea psychosomatic health benefits should not be dismissed off hand and may qualify them to use the name and logo with the orange slice.

Not to just hone in on one random part of the post but I had no idea beer was high in fiber. Pretty nifty.

Seems like it varies wildly by brewing process and ingredients, but several sources (not the most credible, tbh) suggested unfiltered beers would feature more fiber. Haze bombs are really fiber bombs.

So apparently one of the brewers used to work where I work. I don’t really know him but from what people say he is a good dude. Might have to use connections to try this beer, see what’s up.

You don't even need connections, just reach out on Twitter or Instagram (probably could even message here) and he'll be more than happy to hook you up.

“Our cream ale fermented with cinnamon, vanilla bean and Myanmar Coffee…”

Cream with Coffee reads very close to Café Y' Churro. Thus, a bit curious how tasting notes read, what the abv dictates, and what the outcome becomes on a much larger scale

Don't ever post, but thought this was noteworthy. I don't want to start any unnecessary rumors, but I was watching a recent 'Ask The Mayor' with Mayor Bob Hedlund of Weymouth and he said that a brewery "that is currently based in someone's basement in another town" is coming to Weymouth.

He says they have a location, but it's not a done deal because they still need to go before licensing before it's official. He says they have quite a following and are on the level of Trillium, which I suppose is a stretch for a currently non-commercial brewer.

Again, no actual info that he is referring to Vitamin Sea, but it seems to make sense.
