As someone who has sold collections over the years , it's tough. Once the first piece goes though it gets easier. Since all my albums were purchased in person I have no idea how to pack mine up so I don't sell them. How do you keep the record from ripping the sleeve? What size box is ok?

One day I will find all this out and sell a bunch.

On topic.....no beer for me again today. That's 2 beers since 28 December. I was sick for a bit back then but I have had zero urge to grab a beer. Went to get one last week and just looked in the fridge and said " not really interested" part of me is bored sitting around drinking a few each day and part of me feels good not drinking. Can't see quitting totally but cutting way down seems possible.

    Enjoy

Had one more tonight, I think this may be the first beer I've added to the site.

Pours a hazy orange with two fingers white head.
Smells like an orange soda, lots of citrus aroma, a bit of orange marmalade.
Taste is similar with the citrus, thankfully doesn't taste like orange soda. Getting more orange and red grapefruit.
Probably the best Red Hare I've had to date but nothing special that I'd go out of the way to try.

Happy Late Night New Sour/Sierra/Sara Nevada Nac Sunday (Week 673)!

It was great to see Chef Monty last evening, plus it provided a hiatus from my day's onslaught. He & his wife are coming back in a couple of months for the annual Roots & Blues festival so we scoped out a few places to which he wants me to take them. We went to Wacker Brewing and Thistle Finch Distillery, both housed in the same former tobacco warehouse, but different entities. He was going to a CD release party at Tellus 360 & has become a whisky fan, so we took in their whisky bar selection before parting ways. I came home for a respite, but since the thread has not yet closed for the week (it is ~ 0330, local, EST), I want to get in some more entries since I am off for MLK Day.

I'll have to go back & scour through the thread, but I had promised (threatened?) that there would be No Middle Ground today & so it was:

Well, that seems to have revved me back up, so I decided to CANtinue on smartly:

but I was left unfulfilled, so I decided to CANtinue a bit further:

Was there CANnabis in that one?!? Holy High, Batman, that was like drinking a liquefied bud! My score was 4.19, but it should have been more appropriately 4.20. Anybody know the CANbination for that score?

Wow, man, the hour encroaches upon me! I dislike multiple NBS entries, preferring to get no more than three, usually two per week, but CANversely, I don't want this one to get aced out if the thread is due to close. I still have two more & if I CAN get them in, great & if not, see yinz next week!

Happy Late Night New Sour/Sierra/Sara Nevada Nac Sunday (Week 673), Part Deux!

I rarely make this many entries on NBS, but I am off for MLK Day & since I am on a roll & the thread has not yet closed, I am pressing onwards. Man, I did not realize what a stash of Sierra Nevada beers I had until I began delving into them! Mom-Za lives in Chico, not terribly far from Sierra Nevada, so I raise a toast to her with these remainders, although they probably came from Mills River, NC. Hey, she's 85 y/o so she may not care about the difference.

One last one as I now realize that the others are annuals which I have reviewed previously.
I'm going out as number one, with a Bullet:

See yinz next week since our 24 hours seem to be up as the sun creeps over the yardarm!

And another NBS comes to a close. Thank you all for your contributions to this thread and any information you gave to the larger BA world with a review in the database of beers.

Seems like we generally aren’t a group that makes a lot of resolutions, but I’ll make you one that I think we can keep - there’ll be another NBS next Sunday. Feel free to join us.

Good to know I'm not the only Firesign fan around here, still love 'em all these years later.
