    Good Morning and Happy Hump Day BA!
    Up today is a new beer from Equilibrium brewery here in NY..dHop7..bought this without having any of the previous dHop beers, i was unsure if i would like it or not, but as soon as i opened the can and got some of that pungent hop smell i knew i would enjoy this..fantastic!..CHEERS!

    Inspired by the Shining and brewed with tomatoes and black pepper, this has a definite Bloody Mary vibe to it. Awesome stuff.

    I liked both the book and the movie. My only small complaint is that the book showed a more gradual descent into madness for Jack Torrance, while in the movie it was almost as if he woke up insane one morning. In any event, I thought Nicholson was superb.

    Modern Times City of the Dead 7.5%. Nitro Stout withCocoa Nibs, Almonds, and Sea Salt. Good chocolate, toasted marshmallow, and toasty coffee flavor. Has a hint of smoked flavor. I think the Nitro makes it too creamy and velvety. I like my stouts to have some crispness from carbonation and a little more bite from black coffee bitterness. Not a huge fan of MT stouts but this one is decent. Hides the 7.5% abv well.

    Double dry hopped is so 2017 as said per duclaw... I really love all their beers very solid and no lack of imagination

    Used the black-out blinds in my kitchen to emphasize the absolute "glow" coming out of Half Acre's Fluorescent IPA a few moments ago. Seemed to work.

    Found a place that only orders 2 cases of Unfiltered Sculpin per week. They sell them for $12.99/6pk and they get bought every week so it doesn't sit on the shelf. I like Ballast Point but would not buy this beer if it's not fresh. That being said This is one of my favorite ipas so far 2018. Really good quality dry hopped flavor.
