Greenpoint Beer & Ale

I've found it to be inconsistent that WF gets Greenpoint from every release, or that every WF even gets it.... I only recall seeing it at WF CC one 1-2 occasions, unless I just missed it.

 

BP is weird with Greenpoint. For a while they were selling GP beers as singles only downstairs. They had single cans of the Kolsch for a while. DDH Night Life and whatever was released with it were sold as 4 packs in the cooler, and they went really quickly IIRC.

You can always try asking someone at the espresso bar if they have it in the back. If you want to get really creepy, you can try looking through the window to the back room and see if it's on the shelf. The beers are on the right behind the door.

 

I usually go to a local shop to grab cans but I really don't feel like taking a walk today since I work 3 blocks from the BP location. I was able to grab Instant Credibility there, they had 4 packs upstairs and singles downstairs.

Instead of looking through the window I'll just kick that door in and grab it myself

 

Both of these IPAs are great, Greenpoint continues to impress me. I've had a stretch of IPAs recently that have been good but not great, including some Finback, KCBC, Peekskill, etc - this stuff is just in a different league to me. Might seem crazy but I even had a Focal Banger and Julius just a few days ago and think these are a clear step up.

 

Any chance they will have cans available this weekend? I'm going to be staying a couple blocks away and will definitely drop by.

 

Most likely, local shop just got 2 new cans in today. So should be ton at brewery. I can't remember the names but both were ddh versions.

 

Tell Me I'm Pretty is excellent. Best I've had from them so far.

 

I have to say I like Instant Credibility the most but I had a Tell Me I’m Pretty last night and it is delicious. Smell smacks you in the face the second you pop the can.

 

My fave donuts in NYC. You have my attention.

Using sarcasm to sell what's already popular. That's brilliant.

 

I'll go if Kendall Jenner personally hands me the beer.

 

They are all in on this joke to the point that they look to actually be making that beer.

 

Scored a can of Tell Me I’m Pretty the other day. Wow, super juicy and delicious. Very impressed, first beer I’ve ever tried from Greenpoint.

 

Wheres the biweekly can drops of the DDH brews? Not feeling this new lactose donut thing with no cans to speak of in distro.

 

hahah feeling the same... just finished up my cans from the last release. not that I want it, but wonder if the donut brew will hit the usual spots anyway, like Bread and Honey.

 

Think they posted that it was brewery only. I wouldn't buy it even if it was at B&H anyways. They were on such a roll, I wonder what happened?
