What beer are you drinking now? #1922

A day off, so I am able to enjoy my morning coffee.

 

The rain and sleet froze to all the trees, lost power for awhile last night. This is a quality beer at a great price. Cheers all.

Good morning BAs! Well, we got some snow again last night - I can tell because there is white stuff at the base of the grass blades. Today's New Breakfast Beer is:



Pretty so-so. But the label info is at least the minimum that all other brewers should be using!

That first High Westie VAS went down so easy that I just poured a second one from the cellar .. That cement floor in the basement at this time of year is close to the temp of the refrigerator ..
Aches and pains are quickly disappearing

Light yellow color with small white cap.

Aroma of bready malt and floral somewhat citrusy hops.

Taste on entry is bready malt joined soon thereafter by a firm hoppiness. The two combined are a pleasant taste that comes across as dry with the hops gradually building to a sort of firmness that backs the malt but add little other than a dry bitterness.
