    Blabaer, and Framboos

Had a line on a Framboos, and actually basically an offer of a bottle. The necessary outflow from my cellar would have decimated it, so I passed. Im sure I will never get to try it (or especially own a bottle), but it was a good decision. Also had an offer on a Blabaer, but erroniously passed...

Dirty Horse. I love the story behind it.

Rare. Less of a "white whale", I've had the chance to get one but I wasn't willing to give up what the guy wanted.

So did mine...sours and barleywines! Guess she's got a refined palate or something. It's gonna take me a while to tick some of my top wanted beers, although I am getting Zombie Dust for the first time this week . My "white whale(s)" are probably Funky Buddha maple bacon coffee porter and KH.

Can only be bought at the brewery in growlers, the place is way out of the way, and shipping a growler would be stupid expensive. From what I understand the custom growlers are very fragile as well.

Perhaps this is newbie-ish but I really would like to have either Pliny the Elder or Younger- every time I've been to Cali in the past year and a half I have not been able to obtain even the Elder.

As of right now, Bourbon County Vanilla. I was unemployed when it released and a 6'er of two hearted was the most I could allow myself to afford.

Now? Don't have the trading artillery. Oh well.

Sure I want to drink some of the old rare lambics that are out there, but the above three are the cream of the crop in terms of things I've never tried.

    Cheers!

PTY. I don't get to CA, and to get some in Philly you'd have to be standing in the bar when it's tapped. I'll never get a shot at this one. Don't have the ammo for Rare or BCVS.

Nothing really anymore. I've had a bunch great beers over the years and most of the best ones are the bottles available in your metro area.

Basically this so I'll just say my best homebrew. I've only been brewing for 10 months so hopefully in a couple years I'll be happy with my beers.
