Ha, I wish. I’ve had it on tap and had a friend split a can of Vulgar with me. Delicious stuff but a little too far away.

 

look: 4 | smell: 4 | taste: 4.5 | feel: 4.25 | overall: 4.25

Poured at 52 degrees into a stemless wine glass. ABV isn't listed anywhere which is annoying.

The look is deep reddish-copper with a thin tan head.

On the nose I get medicinal cherry, oak, and lemon funk.

Nice notes of cherry and vanilla on the palate, supporting the typical Tired Hands lemon zing that their saisons have. This is fairly soft, though, and has mild sweetness to counteract the tartness. Hints of cranberry, pineapple, and whipped cream. Some mild cheese-like funk mid-palate that plays nicely off of a tart fruit character that otherwise reigns supreme. Under-carbed for the style, probably, but acceptable to me because it's soft and relatively full-bodied.

Overall, 8.5/10. Really nice fresh fruit notes and a delicate barrel character.

No. I’m on Long Island. I work in Manhattan. It gets a little pricy but there are things I can get there I can’t get here...and vice versa. Works out pretty good.

 

They're actually in LIC, Queens. I stopped by after work one day and it's a nice place, friendly bartenders, pretty good beers. The saison was my fave the night I went, but they seem to be trying for a good variety of styles.
