I really do need to try that one because I really dig Melvin's stuff. Unfortunately, it's the only one I've never seen. If I do come across one from Nov. I'll be sure to grab it, though- good to know it holds up. Cheers!

That seems like a perfect beer for a theme day. Isn't there one coming up soon?
    Maybe @Lingenbrau knows? Or @tasterschoice62 ? Maybe @PatrickCT knows.

    Or that Leper guy.

    ?
I'm leaning the only 33 that I have a tuba solo on and Pranqster. One was enjoyed 20 years before the other.

This double mosaic IPA is stellar. If I get more, which I will, I would like to send you some. I think you would really dig this brew.

Thanks to @RaulMondesi for this one, finally got around to it lol. This was excellent! Aromas and flavors of big sour/tart/tangy cranberries, blood orange, lemon, lime, citrus zest, peach, green apple, melon, red/white wine, fruit pits, almond, oak, hay, straw, and grass; with some wheat/crackery malts; and lighter notes of oaken vanilla, pepper, and musty/lacto funk. Moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang, and light yeast/oak spiciness on the finish. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; balanced grainy wheat, lactic acid, and fruit tang/tannins in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing lactic/tangy/tannic dryness; some increasing pucker through the glass, but not overwhelming. Very easy drinking, 4.2%. Far from the best of the series, but it hits all the right qualities I was looking for. Great balance of Lacto and fruit; with nice malt backing and oak foeder presence. High on the lactic acid as with most of their sours, so I was already expecting it. Great style example. 4

Awesome DIPA. Aromas and flavors of big tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, apricot, papaya, mango, melon, berry, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, pepper, and pine hops; with moderate honey, lightly toasted bread malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus rind, herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; balanced creamy/bready/grainy malts and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Some resins/rinds, increasing bitter dryness, minimal hop astringency. Very easy drinking, mildly warming 8%. Nice change of pace with all of the NEIPAs they have been releasing. Classic West coast style, fairly aggressive but not overwhelming. Balanced juicy/dank hop complexity; nice bready malt backbone, with no residual sweetness. Not totally sure on hops, but Mosaic is likely part of it; maybe some classic C's in there too. Glad I grabbed the full pack. 4.1

Dark horse wax is a PITA, luckily I was able to just dig in and remove the cap. This was fantastic! Aromas and flavors of big caramel, milk chocolate, cocoa, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, rum, toasted oak, and dark/brown bread; with lighter notes of coffee, nuttiness, smoke, raisin, plum, fig, cherry, berries, molasses, licorice, leather, tobacco, and pepper. Touch of booze in the aromas as it warms. Very mild herbal/roast bitterness and rum/oak tannin spiciness on the finish. Light-medium carbonation and fairly full bodied; very smooth, creamy, silky, velvety, and rich mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal chalky roast, oak tannins, or dryness. Dangerously smooth sipping, minimal warming 9.3%, zero barrel booze. Strong ale style; imperial stout/barleywine hybrid basically. Glad I was able to try this. Really rich and complex, with perfect rum barrel integration. Still have the BBA Oil of Gladness in the cellar. Will review soon. 4.25

Ha! That's my llama nephew from New Egypt, NJ. His name is Carbon Footprint. We call him "Carbs" and he's a kinda dwarf llama as he's 8 years old and almost a foot shorter than his 4 stablemates, Eduardo, Clemente, Jim-E, and Gunner. Gunner is sorta famous as this pic was on the wall of The Alchemist's first retail location in Waterbury, VT. Both pics were taken a few years back.

This post made my wife's evening! Masha and the Bear is the tits in our household currently. Our 2 and 4 year olds love watching music videos, so we play the crap out of some our favorite songs on YouTube on the TV. The kids quickly picked up our taste in music.

As I would but it seems both UPS and FedEx have got my number. Keep "losing" my beer shipments. So, as much as I would plead to send me samples, it is not a good idea. Makes me sad.
