Having Union Jack IPA from Firestone Walker, ABV 7.50%, IBU 75. A little bit sweet, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, piney hops, juicy and easy drinking, a basic but great IPA.

Bottled 10/2015. Nice of them (beer store) to age it for me and discount it. Even better than when I had it 2-3 months ago. The Brett isn't funky - more fruity ( lightly pear-ish) . A lightly spicy (rye!)/fruity, brown ale. Pairs well with the squash soup from Thursday . (Very sweet, aromatic, Buttercup squash(3), chicken stock(1qt), sweet pepper(1), onion(2), Thai pepper (2) , roast pork (1/2c), & Feta (1/4c) )
