Inaugural Rookie BIF Hints and Hauls Thread

Calling @dprice for some hints!

 

Hopefully it can end up being a decent box!


Now if only I can figure out whose sending mine....

 

Hint #1 I’m shipping North
Hint 2: You have less trades here than I do
Hint 3: My target lives somewhere significantly colder than my city
Hint 4: Your state has at least one team in every professional sport and has won at least 2 championships in the last 10 years
Hint 5: You are not the only member in this from your state

Also, fairly certain I’ve got this narrowed down to 5 people as well. I legitimately feel like I have a murder board going on in my head just connecting everything

 

Hint #1: Shipping North
Hint #2: you have more trades listed on BA than me.
Hint #3: Your state was not list as one of the top 10 most check-ins of 2017 on Untappd, however, you border states that are on that list.
Hint #4: I have now posted more hints than you have for your target. (this may have changed by now)
Hint #5: I have visited your state multiple times for football (NFL) and baseball games (college) and I have shipped beer to your state in a previous BIF I participated in.
Hint #6: I hope you don't mind an assortment of local brewery only releases. I'd focus on your wants and likes, but your profile is pretty non-existent.

Hint #1! Your avatar is not a human!
Hint #2! I have approximately fifteen times the completed trades you do in the last ~two months!
Hint #3! We share a recent trading partner!
Hint #4! Your state may be quite small, but it is more populous than my own state!
Hint #5! Nine Inch Nails' drummer (circa 89-97) was born on the day that you joined Beer Advocate (though not in that year)!
Hint #6! You are not the only participant from your state in this BIF!
Hint #7! Interesting fact - your state is where the first complete dinosaur skeleton was unearthed! Dinosaurs are cool!

 

I'd be ready to call this one out if I could get clarification on the Untappd hint...where is the list you are going off? I can only find the top 10 beer check-ins, not states.

I think we posted different lists, but yours was the right one. Someone else referenced the top 10 breweries, which is what I was thinking of

But you had posted 5 hints just before Goatman made his hint #4

 

Didn't realize the 4th and 5th hints were given at the same time.

In that case, it can be one person in this thread, and it ain't me.
