Initial reaction to LGA>LGB is it tastes like a hoppy screwdriver. Nice upfront, but finishes too boozy. Better OH beers out there. Just one man's opinion.

Hoping there's some non collab cans left later in the day.

Thanks for the reviews everyone. I can now feel a little less bad about not subjecting myself to the madness tomorow morning.

My 2 cents: I tried most of the Monkish IPAs and they are pretty similar to Other Half. Of course, in the grand opus of Monkish beers, I've only tried a small sample size, so take it with a grain salt. Anyway, the best beer I had was Insert Hip Hop Reference Here, which,in my humble opinion, wasn't any better than, say, Space Daydream, or Space Diamonds. LGA 2 LGB was also great, but, as I said, I wouldn't line up for it. Everything else was good, but nothing crazy notable. If you are feeling the FOMO, Torst is hosting Monkish on Sunday sans the airport beers, but LGA will likely remain on tap for a bit.

I've never seen the taproom so crowded before. Esp at noon.

my estimate is stay the hell away.

i picked up a sip of sunshine 4 pack at my local bodega and then stopped at Treehouse for a mixed case and a 10 minute wait on my way to the in-laws.

I do like the new surrounding brewery variables.

    (Monkish + OH collab) (to the power of batch size) * ( new glassware ) / ( EQ + HVB ) release = A GOOD DAY FOR $$$ #THELINEDUDES $$$

Is it too early to ask for a line update?

The FOMO in NY is unreal lol. The fact that some of you people will wait in line all night for these IPAs is mind blowing. Especially when there will be another release next Sat that is just as good.

Heyyo, @dhaakon. Question: do you think BA is engaged in a campaign to stifle your beer karma? You've been a solid contributor/entertainer to this forum for sometime; it's almost as if they are deducting points for each erroneous math equation. Thoughts, bruh?

So when I left around 10pm, the line was on the corner on centre and Smith. Not kidding.

Instagram says its on Garnett right now which I'm not sure if that's true and if it is then I'm glad I decided to bow out.

I'm assuming if you aren't there by now you probably aren't getting LAX..I cant image there is a massive allotment.

If its anything like a Monkish release, allotments will be cut down by one four pack after #300 give or take a 100.

Line Update: 6am - Gs running smooth. Line starts at the back dock on Centre then wraps around Smith, Garnett & Court, about halfway back up Centre. Everyone is really spread out.
