    I agree with this. 100%.

I also didnt mind rev's packaging this year. 8.25 a can is really not that bad. I know I would gladly pay 8.25 for a 12oz draft.

now this is pure bullshit in my mind but I do wish it wasnt in cans. Idk why i love cans. i know cans are better but there is something to be said about cracking bombers or bottles to pour a special beer over a can.

nah. I'm a buyer of FR brew at 20-22$ per four. I cant swallow $25 a four pack though. The consistently put out awesome beer. Tweak based on feedback. and are awesome ppl.

Corridor is good but just doesn't do it for me like FR does. Same with More and Mikerphone. Give me Snoochie, Radio Swan, or Toro over any other haze in Chicago.

I'm assuming this is for an IPA?

Ironically I've told myself I'll never pay over $20 for a four pack of 16oz cans of an IPA, but I've paid $10-15 for a bomber many times.

Granted my bomber purchases have dwindled considerably.

It was a 2/3 pour so they gave it to me. Cheapest prop I’ll ever drink.

    What were prices like there?

All I remember is in years past being the most expensive place I saw in Chicago for BCBCS on tap.

I was there with my kids in the back booth. Probably why I only had 1! Would have been nice to meet you though.

Hey Chicagoians. I don't follow the BC variant tappings all that closely since I'm not from Chicago. Is it unusual to see them happening on Saturdays? I suppose it might be given that places don't often have trouble getting people in the door on weekends.

It’s unusual to see them at all imo esp if ur looking for prop...

Pricing at Howells last night wasn't terrible - $18-19 for a full pour, $11 for a half. The vintage stuff all lasted for quite a while - was great getting reacquainted with 2013 regular. Little bizarre that they weren't limiting how many of each you could order at a time though.

I wouldn’t say it’s unusual to see variants at bars - there were two just this week. Saturdays are rarer, though. It’s hard to find those.
