3 Sons Tap Takeover looks great!

 

Yeah I'll have to be at that 3 Sons takeover.

 

To me the best part, is if I get a couple pours that night, I wont feel obligated to wait in their long line on Saturday. Will give me a chance to enjoy other brews.

 

Same but I won't feel obligated to send my wife to the front of the line over and over to get my 3 Sons beers. Everyone in line was pissed but the 3 Sons guys were happy to pour her as much as she requested. Fine, respectful gentleman they are.

 

i like how they are clearly more excited about selling their merch than the beer. bunch of douchebags.

 

Looks like AC is canning their collab with Calusa. I need to get my hands on that!

 

I have a 3 Sons shirt that is the best quality beer shirt I own. I'm glad they'll be selling merch.

Also, I think they're mentioning merch because they aren't allowed to sell it at Huna Day any longer.

 

How early should someone get to there? I'm assuming they will bring plenty of beer

 

Anyone know what the Cycle Monday bottle is? I'll be driving back from Sarasota around noon-ish and may stop by depending on what the bottle is.

 

This post appears to be correct based on the labels that did leak, so I would say Coco something. Not sure if that's just chocolate or coconut.

 

It should be Cocodamia(BA stout w/ coconut and macadamia) based off a previous post. I had it on tap at the Marriott last year during TBBW. Excellent beer!

 

Marriott usually has a great tap list during beer week.

 

Noob question, are they cycle daily beers on tap during release? Kinda want to know as I'm questionable about getting bottles on some days and so I know how many kidneys to sell to pay for everything next week.

 

According to Cycle FB post taps are at 5pm each day.

They've not always been open for pours during release

 

When they did the greatest hits series they tapped a keg of the day's release at 5PM. On Friday they had the full gamut plus a couple extras. Their post said they intend to tap at 5PM again which is always during normal hours.

 

ok i still can’t get over CCB doing BA xquic for $12 with el cat discount for 500ml’s this is actually what I’m looking forward to the most and I’m a big AC fan. I truly hope the quality is on par with last batch of xquic if it is I may get a case or two.

 

I believe someone pointed this out before, but just for clarity's sake for anyone reading - I don't believe this will be BA Xquic. Xquic was made with Buddy Brew's coffee as well as the maple, and the description on the CCB announcement for this week made no mention of coffee.

That said, I agree with your sentiment about being (at least one of) the most exciting beer for Beer Week on a personal level. And I can't believe they're really putting no limit on it. Even if it were a case per person or something...as it is, I suspect there will be many people walking out with multiple cases.
