Can't do a razzle for a booklet, at least if its the same as last year.

When you sign up, the last page has your name/contact information on it, which they match to your photo ID before you are even able to get a booklet. The booklet is then "activated" with a stamp. Once you get all of the daily stamps, you have to show up again on the last day with a photo ID that matches the contact information on that last page. The page is then removed from the booklet (if all stamps present) and kept for data entry into the T3/Level Up/Academy.

What are the chances people will post ISO threads for the booklets?

I hear some non-locals are even FLYING IN to attend the WOL? Are we the local folks going to stand for that?! I hearby demand BL check Drivers Licenses and verify residence before handing out a single booklet, and deny them to anyone who lives further than 17.3 miles away (coincidentally the exact distance from BL to my house).

Ah, welp...shows how often I went during WoL. I think this year will be my first time attending and it is mostly so I can pickup my bottles....wish I could wait until close to the end, but pickup once again conflicts with my overly aggressive work schedule. So gotta deal with them lines on sunday, ah well.

sorry if this has been addressed but will there be a separate line for people just picking up bottles this weekend?

I am flying in, but just to sample beers, won't be there for the week, so no need for a booklet for me :stuck_out_tongue:

That kind of attitude is so self-centered. Have some freaking empathy dude: in the spirit of inclusiveness to all craft beer fans, it should definitely be 20.9 miles away, a number which was chosen for no particular reason whatsoever.

From what I'm seeing the Week of Logic is redefining what "local" means.

35 mi away (south l.a.) and still consider myself a local as I'm down there weekly. And coming from someone that used to live in the valley, that makes a whole lot of difference.

In terms of generating hype, this whole scenario couldn’t have played out better for BL. Printer just happens to get them the journals by Friday night so they can get people to line up around the block the day before WoL begins...sure.

Why would I willingly do this to myself and my team? I'd much rather have opened registration a week ago and better utilized the extensive labor I've dedicated to tomorrow's registration to help me finish building and prepping the event space.

I'll be at the brewery for the next 48 hours if you'd like to swing by and toast to cynicism. :stuck_out_tongue:

I won’t be there until after WoL but I still owe you a toast from like 6 stasis releases ago, IIRC. Good luck this week and thanks for being honest and transparent about all things BL.

Does this offer only apply to @MissFeisty? Because, if not, I'm leading a few professional philosophical logicians to the brewery tomorrow, and 70% of what we do with our lives is engage in toasts to cynicism.

I think that sounds more like a Modern Times new beer name, or at least the name of the BL-MT Anaheim collaboration. But, I like where you’re going!

Ok, touché. It is inevitable that I’ll be there during that span. So if I see you, I’ll shout something negative at you.

It’s not like they didn’t have a whole year to print the books! Do they really have to have dates, and not just days printed?
