All these photos are fresh as hell. I didn’t love dumping a carbonated beverage into a wine glass, but the resulting head was beautiful and it slowly dissipated but never really disappeared. Reminds me a bit of E9 sours. #nokettlesours

I doubt Adam randomly picked the glass, so I had faith in his proper glassware choice.

i just assumed he ordered custom glassware and accidentally checked off wine glass instead of shaker pint.

Shared the field blend with my wife last night, what a gorgeous beer. So light and zesty, yet full of unique flavors. Pretty dang special, I must say.

Opened my bottle of the raspberry blend last weekend. That is a damn fine beer. Can’t wait for more bottles in the future.

Yeah, a great write up, and well deserved praise. Before I even read DDB's review, I had already commented that Protection Spells was my favorite brew so far this yr. Can't wait for the next round of bottles from Adam.

the next round sounds pretty glorious. especially excited for the saison, given adam's experience and track record with the style. the slowly warming weather is the perfect time to crack these bad boys.

My brain shut off about halfway through DDB’s writeup. Good for Adam, though.

Masonry Fremont is tapping a keg of Drive Out the Spirits at 5pm tonight if anyone wants to try some Floodland and doesn't have access to bottles. Can't imagine it's a big keg.

Yep. One of my buddies who missed out on the membership was able to get bottles before they were gone, but another one missed out by just a few seconds.

Pretty dope to see Protection Spells make it out to a (slightly) wider audience—that beer is lit!

Thanks, just making sure. I missed out on the membership and this too. Ah well. Here's to hoping I can try something at the Portland Farmhouse Ale Fest.

@Jinxed, Floodland's also going to be pouring at The Masonry's Farmhouse Fest, on April 7th, in Fremont. Awesome fest regardless, and worth every penny, if you can make it.

It also sounds like there will be something during Seattle Beer Week with Floodland beers being poured.
