@HopHead89 I think you misunderstood me. That screen shot is a random guys account that some how can taste the 1/4.

Not saying I can taste the 1/4 difference because I don't rate beer and think the majority is biased.

 

What Victor said, though I'm holding out hope that the latest batch of JFK will keep the series legit. Had one at a couple days young and am sitting on the rest, might pop the top on one tomorrow.

I think we could split hairs between a Monkish TIPA and or a Monkish collab TIPA right ? Because IMHO some of the collabs have been the best like IHHRH. But Adios and Backpacks............ eh, like I said were splitting hairs. If LGA-LGB were labeled as a TIPA, and at 10% ABV, I still am confused why they labeled it a DIPA, then I would put that one way up in the hierarchy of Monkish TIPAs, my last can at a little over 3 weeks was simply amazing.

I’ve had both LGA 2 LGB and LAX 2 JFK this weekend, which happen to be my first Monkish beers (even if they are collabs). Both very solid, but I’ll give the edge to LAX - it’s amazing how smooth that drinks for a TIPA. Looking forward to getting hooked up with some more cans and maybe a growler or two when I visit in 10 days.

I do have a Financial Irresponisbilty in my fridge that will get opened sometime this week as well.

kinda disappointed that I won't see a bunch of people run from Week of Logic when that instagram post pops up this year. for shame.

 

Nah, BOL/Monkish fans are in full force at WOL. I've never seen so much Monkish swag in my life.

That being said, I wore my Pugkish T-Shirt Day 0 at WOL. And accidentally grabbed my Monkish hop hat. Dammit.
