    Sitting in Hong Kong drinking a type of Tsingtao that I haven’t seen in the U.S. This one is a 5% lager which pretty much tastes the same as the 4.7% lager. I guess it tastes 0.3% more lager-ish. Anyway, enjoy your Friday! It was a good one here.

    I Love You Honey Bunny, an obvious Pulp Fiction reference and collaboration IPA by Siren and Other Half. It's brewed with pure blossom honey, but that doesn't come out in the taste much. In fact it's not sweet at all, and has more of a zesty citrus vibe that even turns slightly acidic in the aftertaste, which is quite bitter as well. Very nice IPA, but not what you would expect at all.

    Duvel Tripel Hop Citra. A big stronger than regular Duvel at 9.5%. Very good.

    Up at 5am to wrap up some work and now I’m free and clear for beers. Noble Canniversary2 7th anniversary 100 times dry hopped IPA......I may be embellishing that a bit. Stay safe and warm out there BAs
