Absolutely, in the mid-00’s I used to drink a lot of H & I when they rebranded back to Boulder & actively pushed it in New England with tap takeovers & events. I also have recollections of a strong stout with a penguin on the label (too lazy to google it).

So they made their core lineup look like a joke and added a NEIPA.. am I missing anything?

At least they're cans. I'll try Due East and Pulp Fusion if I see it around and its fresh.

I dont mind em. Its making the brewery more prominent on the can vs the old designs.

Their old branding sucked. Boulder Shake is good. I had some Hazed and Infused at a bar that was about 9 months old that got the job done, aside from that, I don't notice it much.

Depends on how far back you go for "old" - the original worked for me.

I like that branding. I was referring to the previous generation.

I agree. That's a nice, classy label which still holds up imo.

I really thought these guys were owned by one of the craft conglomerate groups, didn't realize they were still independent. Used to love the Hazed & Infused when it first hit NH shelves many years back. Then I could never find it fresh and stopped looking. If the beers are cheap and fresh, I'll give it a second look.

Dumb ass advertising firm: "Suh dude, if you make these cans #colorful it'll make millennials drink your craft beers bruh"
Old dudes at Boulder: "Well darn tootin' that works for us!"

I'm a bit torn on whether or not that is an improvement on this

I really, really don't like round logos. I think the new cans are an improvement, but maybe a bit too much.

Probably my first brewery tour about 10 years ago or so.
My dudes and I were in bolder for a Biscuits show and we went there before.
There were about at least dozen people on the tour, including several children. Following the tour, they gave our tour group a pitcher of each of their current beers. Myself and my two friends seemed to be the only ones interested in drinking... we basically split like 6 pitchers of beer between the 3 of us and went on our way. It was an incredibly good (FREE) pregame and ended up being a great show too.

I'll always have fond memories of bolder beer and revisit them from time to time thanks to a great day with my two besties :blush::blush:

Buffalo gold is quite tasty, kind of a hidden gem IMO if you want something light and flavorful. And shake chocolate porter, as always, very good.

I remember doing a mix and match 6 pack in college and being able to get 2 or 3 of the Mojo Risin' Double IPA. I was pumped because it was like 10% ABV.
