This is a nice NA lager. Great head retention/lacing. Aromas and flavors of cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, and herbal/grassy/peppery noble hops. Light-moderate herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body and moderately crisp/clean finishing. Balanced bready/grainy malt and sticky hop in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing bitter dryness. Perfectly clean lagering, no off flavors. Very flavorful/refreshing. Great balance of clean pils malt and noble hop flavors. This is way better than the Einbecker one I had last weekend. That one tasted like cardboard. No skunk, despite green bottles. Really well done, best NA lager I've had out of very few. Within the freshness dating. 3.68

Thanks @The-Adjunct-Hippie. This is an fantastic hefe! Amazing lasting head retention/foamy lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of big banana, bubblegum, clove, peppercorn, lemon, pear, apple yeast; with moderate wheat, cracker, biscuit malts; herbal/grassy hops and yeasty earthiness. Light-moderate peppery yeast spiciness; light herbal/grassy bitterness and wheat tang/tartness on the finish. High carbonation, light-medium body, and moderately crisp finishing. Creamy/bready/grainy wheat and some sticky hops/yeast in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing spicy/carbonated dryness. Super refreshing, 4%. Damn this is spot on stuff. Outstanding well rounded German weizen yeast complexity; balanced pale/wheat malts and solid earthy hop presence. Probably the most banana heavy American made example I've ever had. New Glarus definitely has their German styles nailed across the board. Stellar. 4.23

Thanks @MacMalt. Twin Elephant brewing. This was fantastic! Opaquely murky green color. Nice head retention/lacing. Aromas and flavors of big tangerine, grapefruit, orange juice, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, citrus zest, and light pepper/pine hops; with balanced wheat, white bread dough, biscuity malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Pretty much zero bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; creamy/silky/bready wheat/oat mouthfeel; slight hop stickiness. Slightly increasing lingering bitter dryness. Super soft as hell mouthfeel. Insanely drinkable, 6.3%. I have never even heard of this brewery until now, but they nailed the NEIPA style out of the damn park. Super juicy hops and an amazingly smooth mouthfeel. Can't wait to try the other one I was sent. 4.25

After a another drive to LI and back and hitting the elliptical for a quick five im way overdue for a beer. The aroma on this beer is worth the price of admission alone. I love this brew. And nobody ruled the Strat like Jimi.[IMG]

Month #4 of San Diego life... it's getting hard to survive out here. Seems like I should stop measuring distances in miles but in how long it takes to stumble from one brewery to another. Man I can't believe I moved to this god forsaken hellhole.

Picked up an NE IPA that landed in our area to much hype (we don't see a lot of NE IPAs, especially local).

    Decadent's Citra Citra Citra.

Spoiler alert: not great, but these cans are flying off the shelf (and I became apart of that problem when I picked this up).
