    As far as onion-y OH beers go it was either All Enigma Everything or the DDH version that was super onion-y out of the gates, which really surprised me since engima is so fruity.

    Why would you want any of your beers to reflect the fruits available on your island?

    Busch, because I don’t want to boil water every time I’m thirsty.
    Threes Chronic Myopia, because it tastes different every time I have it.
    BCBS, so I can forget I’m stuck on a godforsaken island.....and that I only have three beers to drink.

    Only beer I need on a desert island is Boogie Board Stuntz, can't drink DIPAs forever in the heat and humidity. Fingers crossed that it comes back or I'll have to start brewing my own version lol.

    Citra + Azacca is tasting great imo. Im not getting any onion at all.

    Dream in Green is drinking great. Last week's release was so good that I'm not that sad I'm missing out on today's release.

    I feel like if one can have this attitude and say to hell with the highly sought, line up for days beers one misses, then OH is incredible right now. At least once a month there is a fairly chill release that allows one to load up on a shitload of excellent beer without much fanfare. It sucks that this isn't every week, but to paraphrase Toby Keith, it's not as good as it once was, but just this once, it's as good as it ever was!

    Also I used to poo poo mylar but this last batch is incredible. This is the only desert island beer I need. I hope I don't get dehydrated on said desert island.

    I feel like this batch of mylar perfectly represents why we're moving away from the west coast ipa. It keeps the best thing about that style, the intensely flavorful citrus fruit note, strips away all the dumb, that is, the pine needles and bitterness, and delivers a supremely drinkable beer.

    Edit: A year ago I would've said broccoli >>> mylar and now I'm passing on broccoli while raving about mylar. Derp!

    Completely agree. Stayed away for a couple of releases after the batch I had in September / October and this latest batch is awesome and the daydream version not too long ago was great too!

    This Citra + Azacca is tasting great, would love to see OH do a Citra + Amarillo. Also, Space Diamonds > Space Daydream.

    So does anyone know why they did Friday release? Finally planned an NYC trip and although the purpose of the trip is not just to drink beer, the timing of my plane ticket was to be able to go to a Saturday other half release.. would be nice to know it was a scheduling anomaly and not a new norm.
