    Not super recent but opened a NC and a FOb3 a couple months ago. I preferred the NC

    Popped an FO b2 and 3 side by side. Obviously, the vanilla is fading from the b2 but still very present. Much less heat than the b3, but I think I preferred b3. More heat and more vanilla.

    Yeah, I totally get that. From the last time I had B2, I agree less vanilla but more barrel , full body. Which I preferred. Though I didn't notice that vanilla was fading, I just think b2 always had less vanilla than b3 from the start .

    I'm interested to see how Batch 4 tastes ! Perhaps the best tasting FO ... ever?

    No one seems to remember Batch 1. I think it might be an urban myth.

    LOL, yeah. Haven't tasted batch 1 since it was released 3 years ago.

    Had batch 1 a couple of months ago, and it was ridiculous. The best body and marshmallowy vanilla of all the batches so far despite the age on it. Glad my friend saved a bottle since I never got to try it when it came out. As I understand, there was a different brewer on that batch.

    Yes, you can pick up bottles until April 1. They may have limited hours though, so you may want to ask on social media.
