    Having my afternoon beer now-Voodoo Ranger-Cheers !

    Was on the road so had to wait. Remember the saying per @vabeerguy don,t drink and drive. One more day and then I can return to more normal routines.Looking forward to enjoying beers from Florida and beers recently available back home in Wisconsin.

    Pineapple Express from Mispillion River sent to me today by @dprice. Sweet, thick, and hints of pineapple. Solid beer. Watching some Touring Band 2000 tonight.

    Really liking this unassuming but wonderfully balanced brew from Samuel Adams. Just the kind of beer I like when I don’t need anything extreme, just satisfying.

    We stayed at this place about two years ago. Daughter #1 came with her dog (pic is from then). Unfortunately, her dog developed kidney disease about four months ago. We thought she could hang on for this latest visit. Sadly, she had to be put down about two weeks ago. My daughter has her ashes and we will spread a few here (not sure if it is legal but I will take the chance).

    Bad Habit Brewing Raspberry Brunch Stout.

    look: 4.5 | smell: 4.25 | taste: 4.25 | feel: 3.25 | overall: 4

    Pours pitch black with a 2 finger tan head. Retention is quite good, and there's some beautiful lacing on the glass.
    The nose is really, really rich with raspberries. I do also get a very sight malt hint in the nose.
    Taste - the raspberry really comes through on the backside. Up front, I get some vanilla, and coffee favors.
    Feel, for the ABV of this beer, it's pretty watery.
    It is a good beer, but if it would have a better body, it would be an amazing beer.
