Having a Yellow Rose, probably the best Mosaic IPA out of Texas, juicy, fresh, floral, grapefruit, mango, pine resin.

God Bless You! A lost art. I'm a driver for a major shipping company. Nobody wants to do these type of jobs anymore. They can't look at their smartphone every 5 minutes

Something standard on this Monday morning . . .



Very pretty rose gold amber color with white cap.

Aroma of sweet malt and floral hops.

Flavor is a more generous serving of what's found in the scent. Mildly rich sweet malt with a solid presence. Malt forward with counter balancing floral hops that finishes malty sweet with a bit of hop firmness in the aftertaste.

Medium texture with balancing carbonation.

Just a good, solid malt lager with enough going on for it to match most food styles yet interesting enough to drink on it's own. The kind of beer I wish they would serve at our County/State Fairs instead of the usual AALs. Yeah, definitely the thing for Fair food.
