Pastry Method's release!!

    To be released in less than two weeks, 4/21/18, 2 bottle per person and w/ btw 600-700 bottles count. Who is going to the release party!?

    Don’t think they released the total bottle ct. is that just your rough guesstimate? Or inside word?

    My rough estimate base on what they released in the past, base on Thicc Nibs. They also barreled 2 extra barrels which mean there will be less for this release but I'm super excited for the barrel age version if the adjunct version is thus good, easily the best non ba stout this year..

    I know this much, that there will be less of a bottle count than thicc nibs.
    Day of public release for nibs there were only
    ( 588 bottles ) so if pm is a smaller batch than nibs I doubt there will be 700-600 bottles available to the public.
    Super stoked for ba pm. Praying that is a members only.

    Oh, that one will probably be release next year, they just put them in the barrel last month..

    It got 4.7 rating on untapped and over 136 reviews, those are legit score, as a matter of fact it is the highest rating stouts in Norcal. Check out interview of the brewers and review of PM by Allthingsbeer510 ..

    When the mass majority of those ratings are all saying the same thing. I think that’s a good indicator that the ratings showing is legit.

    No, it's not indicative of anything. Homers always hype their hometown releases on Untappd to increase hype and trade value.

    All I got to say about this is I’m from LA born n raised So the word homer to me is throwned out the window immediately.
    I’ve went to the last two week of logics and the only two beers that are in the same league as pm are nc fs ff
    Take it from someone that has had some of the best stouts out there pm is the real deal.

    Nc out of the bottle was fantastic.
    FF was good a bit hot when I had it at last years wol but was solid tons of nilla.
    Fs is just a really good coffee stout
    FO id never trade pm for fo (a) I’ve already had fo many times it’s good not great. Step above prairie vanilla noir imo.

    It's funny watching the hype train on these Moksa releases. Thicc Nibs was really meh yet was getting a ton of hype, so hopefully it's better than that. I guess the SacTown crowd is just happy to finally have something to hype.

    FO is good, not great? Interesting. If you want to unload your FO's, can definitely get several Vanilla Noir for it.

    The last few bottles of vanilla noir, lacked vanilla. Seriously. I've heard there was bottle variation. I guess you got some of the good ones! The last very good vanilla noir I had, was from 2016, IIRC.
