Proper glassware and everything this is a rarity.

 

Daily lager review. Not terrible, pretty okay. Solid head retention, minimal lacing. Very faint aromas of cracker, corn, bread, and herbal hops. Touch of fruit. Taste of cracker, corn, white bread, and light herbal/grassy hop earthiness. Mild herbal/grassy/spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium-high carbonation, light bodied, and moderately crisp/clean finishing. Bready/grainy malts and light sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Pretty thin, but not too watery finish. Light-moderate increasing bitter/carbonated dryness. Perfectly clean lagering. Refreshing and solidly flavorful. 4%. It's fairly enjoyable, just not a ton of flavor going on vs others I've had at the same ABV. Not too adjunct heavy I thought. 2.93


Bit of a gusher can, randomly. Delicious session IPA. Awesome head retention and thick soapy lacing on the glass. Flavors of tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, citrus peel/zest, and light pepper/pine hops; with moderate honey, toasted biscuit, light caramel malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Similar/muted aromas. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; creamy/bready malts and some sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Slight resins, lightly increasing bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Very flavorful/refreshing, 4.7%. Very impressive malt body for the ABV from Victory malts; and I loved the Centennial, Zythos, Amarillo, Galaxy hop profile as expected. Juicy/light dank hops, balanced malts. Not overly bitter or malty either way. 3.91
