For how much absolutely earth shattering hype Cantillon has, some of their beers, like Fou, are drastically different depending on when and where you have them. Vigneronne and Fou both have been life changing experiences to me in some circumstances (like Lizardville's event), and kind of less than stellar in others (Shelton fest)...although, their Kriek never disappoints me.
