    I just recently bought this album. Something told me to...I’m so glad I did. The whole album has a “Norwegian Bard” feel to it...with a rushed production quality with it. It’s pure genius. Definitely soundtrack to blast while Shoveling Snow.

    Agreed. I get it once every one or two years when we visit Ohio. Wish they had wider distribution!

    I think every year or two is good. It would lose its allure if it was available more often than that. I haven’t had this in 4 years...just like my sex life.

    Moving on to this. Anniversary Barley Wine from Lervig. One of the best BA barley wines I have tried, and I've tried a lot of them :slight_smile:. Cheers!

    Good morning, all! Temps in the mid-30's, rain, winds in excess of 30 MPH, and we have a winter weather advisory going into effect late tonight. That's in addition to the wind advisory we're currently under. With that in mind, can anybody give me one good reason why I shouldn't crack this 2018 KBS? Anybody? You, there, in the back: is your hand up? Just scratching your head? OK. Well, alrighty, then. I guess it's unanimous. Now as soon as I finish this, it's off to the kitchen to prepare some chili for this evening. Because I feel that you should have at least one >11% imperial stout before working with sharp knives.

    I definitely wouldn't on the weekend, But I work at six am, so I'm occasionally forced to use mine to get out of the driveway to leave for work.

    I know I am late to the party and no one really gets excited about this beer anymore but this is my first time trying it so I am quite excited. I picked up a 4-pack of KBS, Sunday Morning Stout, and Sunday Mole Stout as well as a 19oz can of barrel-aged Ten Fidy.

    I've never tried any of these beers before although I've had plenty of regular Ten Fidy and Breakfast Stout, I am just now developing a taste for BA beers even though I have been drinking stouts for well over 10 years. I've never been a bourbon/whiskey fan but I can appreciate some of the subtleties the flavor adds to the brew.
