I am told that unless it detaches from the retina (statistically just a 15% probability) I will be fine when the process ends in about three months. BTW, this is an old folks problem. Not exactly like cataracts but close enough Just one that they have not explained to old farts. Here is hoping that when you get old you do not have to deal with it.

Enough with the sorry shit. Thanks for the beer! Stuff you sent is awesome. I was gonna try to get some local IPAs but once I got the stuff you sent I said that is not necessary.

Namaste my friend. Hope you feel better soon.

I had to read this to my wife. We laughed our asses off. I am not a Packer fan but Brett Favre is one of my all time favorites.

'Merica, baby...a fine beer to have after a long Saturday work day (but I did get a cash bonus as well as a paycheck)...

Fortunately I like rye! This reminds me of DKML in its whiskey-forwardness. Not harsh by any means, actually real nice and mellow as it warms. Cheers!

Another Veil lager. Not a fan. A big fan though of Veil IPAs and DIPAs.

Really good. Inside with the kids. I’m getting the coffee more than anything which is kinda surprising. Nice, thick feel.

Back again with Triple Haole Punch. I like to play a game with my wife, which entails her picking a random offering from the fridge, which is the next beer I drink. This is what she picked, and therefore what I am drinking. Alvarado really showed their silver with this beer. Thanks @AllHopsMatter for picking this up for me and slinging it my way. It’s tasty as fuc.. fudge. Cheers fellow advocates!

Brennan Heart- Golden Era is next up next. Perfect mixed of the modern and old school Hardstyle kick. Enjoy.

Nice Mexican lager. Aromas and flavors of lime, citrus zest, cracker, corn, white bread, light biscuit/pepper, and herbal/grassy hop earthiness. Mild herbal/grassy/spicy bitterness and citrus tartness on the finish. Medium carbonation, light-medium body, and moderately crisp/clean finishing. Bready/grainy malts and some sticky hops/citrus in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing bitter/zesty drying. Perfectly clean lagering. Very flavorful/refreshing, 4.5%. Never watery. Labeled as a Vienna per the brewery, I was expecting more malt presence, but this was tasty. Balanced between all flavors. Would be a great summer beer, as was the intention. 3.68

Very nice Brett IPA. Great head retention/lacing on the glass. Flavors of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, apricot, red apple, pineapple, mango, melon, papaya, berry, white grape, citrus zest, light pepper/pine, hay, straw, herbal, floral, and grass; with moderate honey, biscuit, light caramel malts; light musty Brett funk and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness; and Brett tartness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; creamy/bready malts, some sticky hops, and slight acidity in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing tart/bitter dryness. Very drinkable, 7%. Very well balanced between Brett and juicy citrus/tropical hops; nice malt backbone, but not overly sweet. Glad I grabbed the 4 pack on impulse, will be easy to finish. 3.88

Omnipollo Alazar. This was excellent! Flavors of big milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, peanut butter, coconut, marshmallow, fudge, molasses, and toasted dark/brown bread; with lighter notes of coffee, licorice, dark fruit, smoke, and herbal hops. Similar/muted aromas, more fruitiness. Very mild herbal hop and roast bitterness on the finish. Light-medium carbonation and very full body; very creamy, silky, slick mouthfeel; slight sticky spice and chalky roast. Minimal dryness, no cloying sweetness. Mildly increasing warmth of 11%. Not quite up to par with the rest of their imperial stouts, but still delicious. Rich and complex with balanced dark/roasted malt; and white chocolate, vanilla, coconut, PB flavorings. A bit more fruity on the yeast. 4.08

Home after spending a good day at my youngest sister’s new home. I enjoyed a 4-pack of Alien Church for my dad’s 56th birthday, seeing my sister’s beautiful new home, and learned that my other sister is pregnant and I’m going to be an uncle!!! Such a good day, now enjoying some HopHands, cheers!
