Holy shit, this is plain old fashioned delicious. Dank as all hell. Another Interboro/Barrier collab that hits all the right notes. Back to overnights, just got off, I worked my ass off last night. Cheers to being home.

My wife says, "you're like a kid at Christmas when you get new beer glasses!" I say, "I know you are, but what am I?" I could have handled that better...

Maybe somebody has already posted this one, but I was reminded of it when my brother was texting me from the Foo Fighters concert in Tampa last night. I don't know what's better – the pure joy on the make up guy's face or the shocked look on Dave's.

 

6% alcohol. 18 IBU. Introduced in 2018. Brewed in Texas.

 

Garage rotation day.
Snowblower, ice shanty and plow to the back.
Boat, mtn bikes and atvs to the front.

Early beer too.

A good choice!

 

Very attractive red gold color with white cap.

The aroma is not intensely strawberry rather there's just enough to know it's in there.

Taste is very light at first then building into the medium range. Strawberry doesn't hit you so much as it just eases into the room and is there before you realize it. I get a mild wild yeast presence (don't really know if if it's wild or not, just my impression) that underscores and complements the strawberry flavor.

Medium texture and just a bit more carbonation than is needed.

For a summery Radler style beer it ain't bad. Very pleasant, almost unassuming flavor that comes across as a friendly refresher.

 

Absolutely incredible beer, a ba stout brewed with cocoa and raisin aged in brandy, rum, bourbon and rye whiskey barrels. Put this on your ISO list, it's a very unique ba stout and it's not very limited and it's fairly inexpensive.

 

Celebrating getting my tux ordered with a peanut butter stout from grand armory. 1 less obstacle in the never ending hoops to jump through for a wedding.
