You are probably thinking of Born Again Yesterday which has not hit here yet.

The Born Yesterday is old. I picked up a single because I knew it was old at Total Wine in St. Pete when down there. It was still very decent if not what it was when it 1st was released. So, I bought a sixer. @DoctorZombies mentioned to me that for whatever reason Lagunita's does not move down there.

 

Don't fertilize the grass with it silly. Drink the stuff !

i was hoping the hawks would stay put at 18 and have a chance at Vita Vea.....they are now predicting him to go just outside the top 10...But, it won't matter anyways cause they'll trade down, or out of the 1st round...I'm still excited to see how it all plays out!

I have not seen Born Again Yesterday here in these parts but have seen it on WBAYDN.

Gonna do my serious drinking between now and mid week next week. Got a plethora of wedding duties after that and I thought I should be of sound mind (if that is even remotely possible) for the wedding and festivities.

So how is life my friend?

 

My first beer from The Hop Concept, "the same team of lifelong brewers behind The Lost Abbey and Port Brewing Co" from San Marcos, CA.

8.5% IPA featuring Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Comet, CTZ, Eureka, Mosaic, and Simcoe.



That's a lot of C-hops, and it definitely follows along that line, living up to the name. This is like drinking resin, but pleasant. I would not have been able to handle this in my early days. I'll be on the lookout for more Hop Concept offerings.

 

Their stuff has always very consistent when I've tried them... just spot-on. That's maybe my favorite... nice.

 

Paul from Cloudwater. A triple IPA brewed by Veil. Clocks in at 11% ABV. Sometimes I wonder if these fu**ckers are trying to kill off us old dudes. Got to admit though, it is a great way to go.

 

Been a long week with one to-go. Finally have some time to visit a new-to-me beer.

Recent Heady run was a roaring success, nabbed a case each of Heady and Focal which was unexpected. All that beer currency lead to a trade with a friend who lives arms length from Tree House, so I now, finally, have a selection of things gracing my fridge (and liver).
