Other Half needs better bathroom hand dryers. The ones they have now are terrible.

You can even drown yourself by drinking too much water.

New study: Water is bad for you. Drink more beer.

At least the bathrooms themselves are great. George Costanza would love the full-length door.

I think we can remove Supercollider from the ‘bars within a 20 min walk’ list. Not only has it been closed for a while, but the building it was in got knocked down for yet another luxury condo building on 4th ave.

I would also add that, if Park Slope Ale House makes the cut, The Gate should as well.

Ima give this a try, but I don't think OH has made a good lager. $16 4-pack is no bueno.

Someone in here commented that there is a lack of good craft pilsners and I have to disagree. Vliet from Threes is great as are other numerous lagers they produce. Barrier does one well.

Suarez's pilsners are easy to find on draft and killer and worth journeying up north for. Same with Metric from Industrial Arts. There are plenty of others from more regional craft breweries like Victory, but let's be serious, the pilsner spent the past decade getting no love from a good portion of the craft drinkers (especially including OH/TH hop-heavy beer drinkers).

Which lagers did you have? I thought Crystal Waves and Something to Drink When All the IPA is Gone were both excellent.
