I was wondering if anyone has the Duvel tulip glass and could tell me if you can feel the laser engraved D at the bottom. Also does the D have any color to it or is it see through? I was just wondering if I got ripped off.

Yes, you can feel it. It shouldn't really have any "color", but the etching will make that portion of the glass less transparent, so I guess you could say it has a "cloudy white" appearance.

The etching will feel just slightly rough, you can tell something is there but depending on what you are expecting to feel you may not get what you are expecting. The D is etched, it looks like any other etched glass really. It is not going to jump out at you but it is noticeable.

    K. Thanks for the quick response. I was trying to feel the D when it was wet so I didn't feel it at all but once it dried out I can slightly feel it. Glad I didn't get a fake seeing as I got ripped off and paid $15 for it.

    Have a good one

$15 holy moly! Real or not, that's a lot. Love the glass though.

TWSS. You're not supposed to put them in at the same time.

$15 is a lot for just the glass, considering a 4-pack of Duvel Stubbies with the glass is like $19...

The D is laser engraved (About 600 pixels to be correct) in bottom glass - no color ofcourse.
The D in glass is also only valid for the production glassware after year 2000 for Duvel - Before this date (old glasses) other shapes were engraved in bottom of glass

How many ounces does this glass hold? I thought 16 ounces, but I wanted to know for sure.
