    An IPA in the milder style presenting with malt, hops and citrus all in balance. By balance I mean three distinct flavor sensations that run along parallel tracks rather than being layered on each another. Interesting combinations working in harmony. Very likable stuff.

    I guess that calls for a cold beer.

    Perhaps warmer some more of the coffee would come through.

    All in all a pleasant enough thirst quencher with lunch after a round of golf.

    Tante Tatin from the Brussels Beer Project. I understood this is a Christmas beer from last year.

    It’s quadruple made with apples but nothing like a sour at all. Somewhat sweet like most NW European Quadrupels, but not in a sugary way. Good after dinner beer.

    Picked a sixer up a few days ago of Lagunitas Waldo’s Ale 2018 version ..
    What a great brew all the way around including the price point ..
    Not as sweet as last year with a little more bitterness, but I still love this release .
    It has such an interesting flavor profile .
    Hoping they still have some left when I go back this week .

    Had this two days ago with some sea salt pistachios and it was an off the hook combo :slight_smile:
