    TGIF I guess, very appropriate for me as I have decided for an extended weekend close to the sea as my morning pic indicates...

    Just left of me there is a nudist area but this is a SFW and family friendly forum.

    A couple days ago I visited Big Lost Meadery and Brewery in Gillette, Wyo.
    Spent an hour talking to the head brewer and had a flight of their beers.

    Flavor is hop forward but it doesn't come across as overly bitter. The hop flavors of herbs and pine lean more toward sharpness yet have a touch of citrus like sweetness. Flavors resolve on a dry note but hops are definitely the Belle of the Ball here.

    Just finished cutting the grass and am finishing my last of my 4 pack of KBS. Thinking about going and picking up a six pack of Xocoveza from the liquor store but I don't know how much the flavors will have dulled since it was released 8 months ago. I love the stuff when it is fresh.
