    anyone tried it yet? I hope to grab some tonight at their one yr anniversary party...that imperial coco loco sounds awesome, as does BBA Noda Rye Z'd and BBA Gordgeous (sp?)

    i had a couple on tap at the release party Saturday. It's very good. It's evolved slightly from the pilot batch they had a couple months back. A very drinkable Imperial IPA. The local honey adds a nice sweetness to the beer.


    has anyone opened a bottle yet? My friend, whom i split a case with, called me last night to say his first bottle was completely flat.


    Edit: the anniversary beer list looks like a lot of fun. I'm probably not going to be able to make ti by due to other commitments.

    I had it at NoDa Saturday and really enjoyed it. I'm heading over after work for a quick flight of the anniversary beers. Hope to see you there, Jay!

    Nope, I just have a 9-5 that's fairly lenient with the beer postings. But as far as time spent, it really is a full-time job!

    Assuming your employer is not following this, but you should find a way to leverage this into a full time gig. Hopefully I will see you areound CLT at some of these places.

    I'd love to do that, but I'm not sure it's economically feasible. The site's very much a labor of love, but if I could find a way to support the family doing only this, I would be a happy man indeed. Hope to see you around soon!

    I opened a bottle last night. Totally flat. Like a glass of tea and I still have another left. Very disappointing.

    Opened one Sunday and it was completely flat. Hop blend was a little off for me. Tasted like fake grape soda. Our group just poured it out.

    I had a couple of these on draft back in August when me and the wife were on our Honeymoon. I thought it was absolutely genius. I couldn't make it down to the release, where can I get a bottle or several?
