Here's the Stone glass, and one from Roosters, when I was a member, I think it can old 25 oz. Could get these filled for $4, not bad at all.

    Cheers!

I found mine at Crate and Barrell for $12.99 if you feel like "up"grading. Your twenty-three ouncer sounds like a great size for getting the experience in a more manageable package.

Yes, I have large brandy snifter glasses that I will use for beers like RIS, English Brandywine, etc that I want to enjoy the aroma. I forget what manufacture, but it came as a set of 4, and the glass isn't too thin so I haven't broken any yet in about 5 years **knock on wood**

Edit: I think they are these 22 oz ones by Libbey

Edit: on second look, this is the same size as yours, isn't it? Still, it holds a helluva lot of Bigfoot.

I picked up a pair of Luigi Bormioli Birrateque Wheat glasses last year that hold 26.5 ounces, so they solo a bomber nicely. It's a great way to experience a bomber, because you really get to see how the beer evolves as it warms up. Excellent for stouts, and even some bigger ABV IPA's.

I came for the cannibal infanticide and how it might be related to glass. Needless to say, I was disappointed.

On topic, I am a sucker for branded glassware, and two of my favorites are snifters, but I am also a sucker for proper glassware, so I only end up using the snifters for stouts, barleywines, old ales, and the like. It would be nice to have an oversized glass since I have sometimes clumsily spilled a few drops when swirling (I avoid this now by only pouring half a beer in when reviewing).

These are the two snifters I mentioned.[IMG]

If you don't fill that to the brim with Bigfoot and film yourself slamming it (and post the evidence in the "Chugging craft beer...why?" thread), you have failed.

If that's the full pour then it might be a bit bigger than mine. 40 ounces maybe? Stunningly beautiful either way.

And @THANAT0PSIS, I'm just warming everyone up for the unveiling of Swift's Blender Baby Imperial Stout (using a whopping 3.5 babies per barrel).

I have only three Bigfoots (Bigfeet?) left. They're from different years, and I'm saving them for a vertical. Now If the densities are different enough, I could make up a nice Bigfoot pousse-café for the vertical. A REAL vertical, as it were. Would that be cool, or what?

    Cheers!

What would be really cool is if you drank that with a BIG crazy straw and worked your way through the layers!!

    Cheers!

Beer snorkels are unfortunately a lot harder to procure than beer goggles.

And I am indeed going to be surprised if I can go a month without breaking both of these.

Nice! We've had some big glasses in the thread so far but that's the biggest tulip styled one yet I think. Let's get that Ommegang poured in there

Pretty sure IKEA sells snifters like the ones in the top pic. They're at least pretty close. I use them here and there.

I honestly like hurricane-style glasses with an outward-facing rim for most beers, but I'll drink out of nearly anything.
